At The Great Escape, we want your home to be your sanctuary. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window on most home furnishings and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
